MY POPPLET

This is my Popplet that brainstorm  Facts about Colombia . In Mawhera  Literacy group we have being Learning some critical literacy skill-one of which is skills are backing up our fact with more than one sores of information this is important because the fact that you find ,can be a fake one so  you need to find at lest 3 web that say that same thing because the fact can be real.

There is more than three websites for each fact that back it up because it is important to have good information the you can trust. 

E.G I found out that Richie Mccaw was 34 year old I found out that on three different websites

I researched the facts using google. This was made by popplet.

Our process was simple We had to get some facts about what we are writing about and find three websites to back it up

    This is my Popplet that I have worked on and have written some facts about Dubai. Every fact that I have written I have given it backup (by including links for at least 3 websites that back the information up) so that everyone knows that what I have written is true and correct.

i have been doing some work  about Tractors  i have done 14 link that do have some thing at you wood like to no you can look that them  you will no lot about Tractors because there is 3 link will say all that you need them to say and because they could be not giving the thing that you need to if you have 3 site because one of them will not be the best one so if you just go for the one at has the answear to your Question.

Why is earth the only planet that humans can live on?

 These days in Mawhera group we have been making brainstorms on popplet or Google drawings We putted more than one sources. This is important because you can get so much details and accuracy and lots of facts about the topic but you have to make sure about the websites because some websites are false not true so you have to make sure about the websites.So this is my popplet that I brainstormed about why is earth the only planet that humans can live on? You know that earth is called the blue planet because when you are outer space earth is very blue so scientist calls the earth the blue planet and also earth has lots of water that the planet is nearly full of water , earth has 71% of water. Burgers

In literacy we needed to make write an explanation about what ever we wanted  I choose to write about burgers. I worked on it for about 2 days and I got it done the day some other people did. Then Mr Lunn showed us this website called Popplet it was an easier way to spread out your explanation. Sadly Popplet wasn't working on the computer so I did it on a  google drawing. We had to write our topic in the middle and write a fact beside it. Then we has to find three to five websites on that fact. We had to do at least six facts. Mr Lunn added 1 more thing to the people that were done, we had to go down to the library and find a book on our topic and it had to at least have one fact that we have written in our popplet (or other digital artefacts), but I could not find a book on burgers so I the teacher and he said that it was okay because lots of other people hadn't found one too. Some of my facts are interesting like the first name for hamburger was hamburg in Germany! It is important to have looked it more than 2 websites when your looking for the answer to a fact because some websites can be false!

It might be fake so we do more then one so at least to site are the same example Manila is the main city in Philippines so i search it up and I get a back up for it if it was fake. It gives you more reliability and more accuracy and detail.
